LAUDA Scientific GmbH and Ningbo NB Scientific Instruments Co. Ltd. have signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement for the development, production and sale of innovative measuring instruments with a focus on contact angle measurement and optical tensiometry.
The Hamburg-based founder and owner of Ningbo NB Scientific Instruments Co. Ltd., Dr. Bihai Song, who received his doctorate from the Technical University of Berlin, is one of the most renowned scientists and developers in this field. Together with the production experience and market presence of LAUDA Scientific, both companies plan to advance these and other technologies. "LAUDA Scientific is one of the leading suppliers of viscometer systems for polymer analysis and has a comprehensive product range in the field of tensiometers," explains Dr. Ulf Reinhardt, Managing Director of LAUDA Scientific GmbH. LAUDA Scientific was founded in 2015 from the former measuring instrument division of LAUDA DR. R. WOBSER GMBH & CO. KG in order to set a new focus in the field of measuring instruments in the viscometry and interfacial analysis market. This development will be consistently pursued with the forthcoming expansion.
